I Mrs. Anagha Pradhan recovered from Covid19 in July 2019.Despite that I was totally shaken by the experience of my illness and specially the atmosphere of fear created by media.I was physically recovered but was becoming mentally ill day by day.My anxiety was increasing and fear of that life threatening disease was always in my mind.In Spite of having very supportive and caring husband, family and friends  I was feeling nervous day by day.Only then I thought of speaking to a very good friend of mine Mrs Manjiri Gokhale also a counsellor with IPH by profession. After the first call itself I started feeling relaxed. She gave me tips to overcome my mood swings/ panic feelings which helped me to switch back to normal. She also showed me positive side of my life and highlighted many such things in my life for which I should be grateful. My approach towards life started changing  slowly.I used to be eager to speak to her. There was a special bond created in these difficult times. That was indeed a rough patch in my life after which I rose up confidently following her advice.
