Eaishwarya has strong experience working with age groups ranging from 6 yrs to late 30’s.
She has worked with adolescents, individually as well as in groups. The areas of work include problems with respect to their self-image and identity crisis, relationship issues, body image concerns and bullying and more severe clinical conditions as well. Having trained in psychometric assessments, she has also worked on In -person play sessions with children and emotional-behavioural issues in children including but not limited to parenting. She is currently associated with a private clinic in Navi Mumbai and an organisation in Thane (IPH), in addition to working with an NGO in the capacity of a consultant for their program on prevention of gender based violence.
She believes that honesty, commitment and a collaborative partnership, rather than advice giving or fixing up a problem are healthy markers for therapeutic success.
